Innovations in welding technology in 1997

Last year's publications in the field of welding technology are evaluated and the resulting findings are gained for the development of individual specialist fields. This literature investigation provides important information without wanting to make any claim of being absolutely complete. The thematic classification in sub-fields (Parts 1 and 2 in the May and June issues of "Schweissen und Schneiden" respectively and Parts 3 and 4 in the following) makes it easier to find special information.%Veröffentlichungen des letzten Jahres auf dem Gebiet der Schweißtechnik werden ausgewertet und daraus gewonnene Erkenntnisse zur Entwicklung einzelner Fachbereiche gewonnen. Ohne Anspruch auf absolute Vollständigkeit erheben zu wollen, gibt diese Literaturrecherche wichtige Auskünfte. Die thematische Gliederung in Teilbereiche (Teil 1 und 2 in der Mai- bzw. Juniausgabe von „Schweißen und Schneiden ", Teil 3 und 4 im folgenden) erleichtert das Auffinden von speziellen Informationen.
