Optimierung bestehender Anlagen

This lecture was held on the "APV annual meeting 1997" as one part of the series of lectures: "Putting into operation and optimization of existing plants in the paper industry". It is tried to order and to compare the goals of an optimization of plants and their technical/technological effects. With a practical example, the installation of a moistening unit, the individual steps of a graduated plan are presented from the status description over the project idea up to the success assessment.%Der Beitrag wurde im Rahmen der Vortragsreihe „Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Anlagen der Papierindustrie" auf dem APV Jahrestreffen 1997 gehalten. Es wird versucht, die Ziele einer Anlagenoptimierung und deren technisch/technologische Auswirkungen zu ordnen und gegenüberzustellen. Anhand eines Praxisbeispieles - der Installation einer Feuchteinrichtung - werden die einzelnen Schritte eines Stufenplanes von der Statusbeschreibung über die Projektidee bis zur Erfolgsbewertung dargestellt.
