With the exception of bookable moorings at Little Venice (see below), mooring spots are difficult to come by in the centre of London. The best option is to moor a little way from the heart of the city and take advantage of the excellent transport links to get back in. Good locations include: • Little Venice - pre-bookable moorings are available at Rembrandt Gardens for a period of seven days and at a cost of £10 per night (payment is taken at the time of booking). Unfortunately, space is extremely limited (there are only two moorings here) and they fill up fast. You will either be booked in the north mooring (closest to the start of the Regent's Canal) or the south mooring (closest to Bridge 2). Ensure you use the correct mooring rings and try to be flexible with your neighbour. If two 72-footers have booked the spaces, they may need to squeeze up. Just like a hotel, boaters will be subject to check-in (after 1pm) and check-out times (no later than 12 noon).
