There are many sources of regulation that affect the production, supply, transport, application and sale of biosolids. Legal issues affect all aspects of the biosolids process, from environmental laws which regulate the production and application of biosolids, to contract and trade practices laws which underpin the purchase and sale of biosolids products.rnCompanies and individuals who work with biosolids need to be aware of these legal issues. A new Australian Biosolids Legal Register has therefore been designed to provide users with an introduction to the various legal issues that affect the biosolids industry.
