Synthesising a decade of groundwater experiences

• A series of documents synthesising the experiences of the World Bank-hosted Groundwater Management Advisory Team (GW-MATE) has been completed and made available online. The expert group, supported by a consortium of European Commission governments, engaged with World Bank clients in more than 20 countries during 2001-2010. During 2010-2011, with supplementary funding from the Global Water Partnership, GW-MATE has produced its Strategic Overview Series, synthesising its experience over a decade in various aspects of groundwater resource management.
