Modulo-10 pulse counter with arbitrary number of decades - retards either all counter flip=flops in each decade, or last decades circuits only

The electronic decimal counter consists of numerous decades, whose counter part-circuits have only a simple flip-flop (20). Each decade consists of 10 counter part-circuits and a pulse change-over circuit (30). The latter energises the counter flip-flops (1-10) via two pulse lines a,b). The pulse change-over circuits have normally only a simple flip-flop (14). Either in each decade the flip-flop individual resetting energising is delayed, or the delay takes place only at the last part-circuits (10). Pref. the negated counter pulse potential is used for the delay of the individual resetting. ADVANTAGE - Improved operation of modulo-10 pulse counter.
