It seems like every time we turn around, a new law is on the books that involves coming up with policies and procedures and changing the way we do a portion of our business. There is another new one that you must be aware of. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has created a new set of rules that change the way we conduct ourselves on the highway during interstate commerce.
