As Cajun chef Justin Wilson used to say, the folks down in Louisiana know how to do it right, "I garontee!" Just a few months after NGWA's 2009 Ground Water Expo and Annual Meeting exited "Nawlins" (New Orleans), the crawfish state was promoting the 2010 National Ground Water Awareness Week with a little "lagniappe" (something extra).rnLouisiana's efforts were one of the many bright spots during NGWA's biggest and best Ground Water Awareness Week. It was promoted by governments at the national, state, and local levels; by environmental organizations;rnhealth care associations; rural and farm groups; and general and groundwater industry news media.
