The gist of the call was that they needed to scale back their workload so they could focus on what had to be their No. 1 priority-their health.rnIncredibly, this followed a call a few days earlier from someone else I work with telling me about a health issue they were having. Yes, the gist of that call too was the need for this person to scale back so they could focus on their health.rnAs an admitted skeptic, but also someone who has spent more time in Taco Bell than a gym, I took the calls as a sign. The sign read: You might want to think about your health, big guy.
