HERBERT SCHOLARSHIP AWARD WINNERS FOR 2013-2014 ANNOUNCED

摘要

Spencer is a third year PhD student in Water Resources Engineering at the University of Illinois, where he works as a Research Assistant in the Department of Civil Engineering. His PhD research focuses on the hydrologic interactions of coupled human and nature systems. He received his MS in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from Texas A&M University, where his Master's thesis research developed a Decision Support System to forecast water availability. He presented this work at AWRA's 2009 Specialty Conference on Adaptive Management, and a paper based on his research was recently published in the Journal of Water Resources Planning and Management.
