Navajo Nation residents join suits over EPA Gold King mine spill

Farmers and ranchers from the Navajo Nation are joining the ongoing litigation over the 2015 Gold King Mine wastcwater spill, adding 290 new plaintiffs to the sprawling legal challenge over claims that EPA, its contractors and former owners of the Colorado mine site all demonstrated illegal negligence in the lead-up to the spill.
