In the last two issues of Water Flying there has been much discussion on night landings in a floatplane. First, after reading in-depth the comments on this matter, let me applaud Jim Chrysler of Seattle Seaplanes for wanting to share the training experience he has acquired on this subject. His students will be better off in the years to come even if they never do another landing at night on the water.
