The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has agreed an extra $30 million in funding for a project to provide cleaner drinking water and better sanitation services to 1.5 million people across four provinces of the Kyrgyz Republic.rnThe community-based infrastructure services sector project gained its original approval in 2000, when ADB agreed a $36 million loan. The additional Asian Development Fund grant will ensure the project in Chui, Jalal-Abad, Osh, and Batken provinces can be completed.
