Title and company: CEO, Emterra Group Bio: As the founder and CEO of the Emterra Group of companies, Leung has been working in the recycling and waste diversion industry for 35 years. She founded the original company, International Paper Industries, in 1976 in Vancouver soon after graduating from the University of Manitoba. Leung works toward zero waste; her group of companies collectively provides single-and multistream recyclables processing, ethanol production, tire recycling and destruction of sugar- and alcohol-based products throughout Canada.
