Pipes for Perth projects provide more secure water supplies

In 2016 the Water Corporation of WA embarked on a 3-year program to improve the security and reliability of Perth's water supply called, "Pipes for Perth". Water Corporation identified a need to renew aging cast iron pipe infrastructure since sections of Perth's water main network are now over 100 years old and showing signs of wear and tear. Water Corporation established Pipes for Perth to proactively replace these pipes to avoid future bursts and leaks.
