Eyeing regulatory changes in European equity markets spyrred by MiFID, Rosenblatt Securities hired former Bank of America International managing direetorTom Sanders as a managing director to byild an international trading desk for the New York-based institutional agency-only broker. According to Sanders, who will work out of Rosenblatt's New York office during the European trading hours, the firm initially will focus on Eyropean, Canadian and some Latin American markets, followed by Asia.
