Press Plays Important Role in Boosting Vietnam Int'l Integration

At present, alongside the international integration process, the press as an information providing channel, and the press for external affairs, plays a more important role. Vietnam, during the renovation process, has seen a boom of many newspapers and press publications for external affairs nearly 700 in total. Apart from Vietnamese editions, newspapers, magazines and other publications have been published in foreign languages. In particular, over 40 online newspapers and publications have been licensed. They have acted as a bridge linking Vietnam and the world.
