As everything is going more and more smoothly, we decided for the 2nd phase expansion and we hope this time it would be much easier. Sponsors have worked together for a long time, the business environment is now much improved, our team is also more experienced. Unfortunately, Nghi Son Cement hasn't been able to start expanding to meet future increased demand of Vietnam. Shipping more cement to meet the booming demand in the South is crucial issue for us, and is beneficial to all people in the industry. It took us years to introduce one more specialized cement tanker. We need more but face similar regulatory problems such as the age of vessels, chattering term and modes. And now our customers suffer from unstable supply, therefore we lose market shares so vital for our expansion.
