Over 60 per cent of 265,000 workers in industrial zones come from other provinces and cities. To resolve issues related to workers in general and immigrating workers in particular with that proportion is a difficult task. Building relationships between employers and employees starts from the recruitment stage and the implementation labour contracts. The signing of labour contracts is seriously carried out by many companies. However, some try to avoid and delay signing the contracts to reduce expenditure on salaries, social responsibility and healthcare.
