New Regulations on FDI Enterprises'Goods Trading

The Government on February 12, 2007 issued Decree NO 23/2007/ND-CP, providing detailed regulations implementing the Trade Law, which stipulates the trading of goods and activities, involved directly in the goods trading of foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises in Vietnam.
