This week, news channels actively run the Prime Minister's agreement on the list of industries with state monopoly submitted by the Ministry of Planning and Investment. The list excludes publication and journalism. The Government will issue a regulatory decree on this matter. Then, the State will not be the only founder of the fourth estate. This means the investment for the press will be diversified and more severe. However, the press is a socially influencing activity and readers will be the most accurate measure. The hot and honest information and profound comments are unchangeable norms, no matter who is the owner. The individual responsibility is to make contributions to the development of the country. The competition will be fiercer. This was taken into account when the Editorial Board discussed the increase in issuance and the change in layout and content of the Vietnam Business Forum Magazine.
