"IDON'T GET IT," Donald Trump exclaimed at Arlington Na-tional Cemetery. "What was in it for them?" Trump could not conceive of Americans sacrificing their lives so others could live. They were "losers" and "suckers." This remarkable statement makes one wonder: does Pres. Trump also regard Jesus Christ, who died on the cross to save humanity, a "loser" and "sucker?" Evangelicals, I am one of you-a descendant of many ordained pastors, but I am not with those of you on the religious right supporting Trump's continued antics in the White House. I don't get it. Why support him, given the President's mendacity and blatant violation of fundamental Christian ethics?
