Dalma tender delayed

ABU Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) has pushed back the deadline to at least until the end of this month for submission of revised price offers involving its Dalma offshore sour gas development project. Two people with direct knowledge of the tender process told Upstream that Adnoc recently communicated to bidders that revised price offers should now be submitted on 24 January. "We were hoping to submit optimised price bids on 11 January, but Adnoc recently extended the bid submission deadline by almost two weeks," one person said. A second person said that Adnoc is expected to award the coveted sour gas project during first half of 2021, despite the delays in the ongoing tender process.
