Hoegh Giant set for India

INDIA'S H-Energy has lined up Hoegh LNG's floating storage and regasification unit Hoegh Giant for its grassroots Jaigarh liquefied natural gas import project on India's west coast. H-Energy said last week it has entered into a binding commitment with Oslo-listed Hoegh to charter the FSRU for a 10-year term, with delivery of the vessel scheduled for the first quarter of 2021. The project operator now envisages commissioning the LNG receiving and regas facility - India's first FSRU-based terminal - in March next year.
