Eni makes Mamba moves in Mozambique drive

ITALY'S Eni has kick-started major tender processes covering long-lead items on its $2 billion Mamba gas project in Area 4 off Mozambique. The Milan-based operator has also issued a requirement for helicopter services operating out of Cabo Delgado province in the emerging liquefied natural gas powerhouse nation. This deep-water development will supply feedstock to Afungi, which is located 60 kilometres away in Cabo Delgado where the Rovuma LNG plant will be built.
