摘要

GHANA is losing patience with the government of neighbouring Togo over the slow pace of talks to agree demarcation of their mutual maritime boundary, an unresolved issue that came to the fore following the 2017 settlement of Ghana's marine border with Ivory Coast, writes Barry Morgan. "There's a timetable for us to reach agreement and we have met three times already and hope to head out to the fourth meeting on 14 February," according to the lead negotiator on Ghana's Technical Delegation Team, Lawrence Apaalse.
