CANADIAN integrated energy company Suncor is deferring some projects for up to two years as part of its plan to trim C$1.5 billion ($1.01 billion) from its 2020 budget due to the slump in oil prices. Offshore exploration and production step-out development timelines have been extended for up to two years, as have plans for a cogeneration facility and a wind project.
