THE four floating production, storage and offloading vessels installed at Brazil's Buzios pre-salt field are up and running with a high operational efficiency, but it was no easy task for Petrobras to achieve such results. Last year, the state-controlled colmpany was severely affected by commissioning delays at gas processing plants on board the P-75, P-76 and P-77 FPSOs, leading to postponements in the hook-up of new wells, as the oil company faced a series of challenges to stabilise the systems.
