Weak market hits Suncor

CANADIAN oil producer Suncor Energy posted a lower third-quarter profit amid a weak market and low oil prices. Third-quarter operating earnings were C$1,114 billion ($836 million) compared to C$1,557 billion in the same period a year ago, with lower refining margins also affecting the bottom line.
