Oil hits highest price this year

OIL futures jumped to their highest level so far this year after US government data showed the biggest draw in weekly crude inventories since July, giving further fuel to a renewed rally that followed the weekend's meeting of Opec and Russia in Baku. Prices had eased earlier on concerns over global economic growth amid the continuing US-China trade dispute that is clouding the outlook for energy consumption.
