BP moves on Manuel

BP IS moving ahead to development of the Manuel discovery as a tieback to its Na Kika hub in the US Gulf, having awarded a consortium of Subsea 7 and OneSubsea Schlumberger work to provide subsea equipment. The UK supermajor, which has been exploring near-field targets, including Manuel in Mississippi Canyon 520, will move forward on a two-well development tie-back to Na Kika, which lies in about 1900 metres of water, according to the contractors.
