PAPUA New Guinea independent Oil Search has reiterated that final development agreements for the Papua LNG and P'nyang gas projects are targeted for completion before the end of March, writes Russell Searancke. A memorandum of understanding was signed last November between the government and the Papua LNG joint venture that detailed some key terms and conditions that will underpin the project's "gas agreement".
