Gazprom venture in field push

RUSSIA'S Rusgazalliance joint venture has submitted its development plans for the Semakovskoye gas and condensate field north in West Siberia's Yamal-Nenets region, writes Vladimir Afanasiev. Yamal-Nenets regional authorities said they received a field development blueprint from Rusgazalliance - a joint venture between Russian gas monopoly Gazprom and privately held Rusgazdobycha - with public hearings scheduled to be held in the Nadym and Tazov districts next week. Public approval is the last step before the blueprint moves to state expert review board Glavgosexpertiza, a green light from which would allow Rusgazalliance to start constructing field facilities.
