At least four pipeline players in the fray at flagship field

UP TO four leading offshore pipeline contractors are said to be in the frame for a subsea pipeline contract from Qatar's North Oil Company (NOC) meant for its Gallaf project on the Al shaheen oilfield, writes Nishant Ugal. Project observers told Upstream that NOC recently issued tender documents to at least four international pipeline players and bids are likely to be submitted over the next month or two.
