道路トンネルへの耐火型SFRCセグメントの適用: 首都高速横浜環状北線シールドトンネル

横浜市の道路交通ネットワークの骨格を形成する横浜環状道路の北側区間にあたる横浜環状北線のうち，延長約5.5kmの併設トンネルをシールド工法により構築する工事の準備を進めている．rn本工事では，シールドトンネルの耐久性と耐火性を考慮して，耐火型SFRCセグメントを適用した．本セグメントは，高流動コンクリートに鋼繊維とポリプロピレン繊維を混入して製作するセグメントで，鋼繊維の効果により製作性および耐久性の向上に寄与し，また，ポリプロピレン繊維の効果により火災時の爆裂を抑制する．rn本稿では，耐火型SFRCセグメントの概要と，適用にあたって実施した構造性能試験および耐火試験について紹介する．%We are preparing works to construct an approx. 5.5km parallel tunnel with the shield method on the northernrnsection of the Yokohama Circular Route that forms the framework of the Yokohama City road transportation network.rnThese works took the durability and fire resistance of the shield tunnel into account and a fire-resistant SFRC segment is to be used. This segment is fabricated by mixing steel fibres and polypropylene fibres with high-fluidity concrete, the effects of the steel fibres contribute to the improvement of productivity and durability and, further, the effects of the polypropylene fibres control explosive spalling at the time of conflagration.rnThis report gives an outline of the fire-resistant SFRC segment and construction performance and fire resistance tests that were performed with adoption.
