Trustee Board update

The Society Trustees have met on one occasion since the last update in the previous edition of SOE News. The Trustees met on 6 July 2021. During this meeting the Board made the following decisions: 1.To approve the proposed increase in 2022 membership subscriptions. 2.To ask a small group of Trustees to finalise the updates to the Society strategy for subsequent Board approval. 3.To ask a small group of Trustees to finalise the updates to the Society Memorandum and Articles for subsequent Board approval and Member consultation. 4.To agree the recommendation of the IRTE Services Board of Directors to appoint Chris Grime to serve another year as Chair of IRTE Services.
