On 15 February the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) held a public discussion forum as part of its review of CityRail's regulatory framework. On 18 February, the Premier wrote to IPART amending its terms of reference for the review. The Premier extended the reporting deadlines for the review in order for IPART to consider the impact of RailCorp's Customer Service Improvement Program in its deliberations.
