An Adelaide Metro Visitor Pass has been introduced which gives 3 days unlimited travel for $25.00 and includes maps and a travel guide. The number of Transit Police is to be increased by 12 over the next three years. An 88 seat Scania/Bustech double deck bus is to have a trial in Adelaide later this year. If the trial is successful, Adelaide Metro will begin contract negotiations to determine whether a local manufacturer is able to supply the new double decker to meet local fleet standards. The opening of the Seaford Line and the electrification, see below, resulted in changes to bus services, including express services to Seaford Station.
