This report, which had taken two years to deliver, has so far been ignored since it was published in March 2014. During this period CountryLink was merged into part of the former CityRail to form NSW TrainLink, but the terms of reference referred to CountryLink and that word was used in part of the report and NSW TrainLink in others.
