Synthesis of mon(1-chloride-2-hydroxy propyl) phosphate and antimony mono(1-chloride-2-hydroxy propyl) phosphate

摘要

The synthesis, properties and flame retardation of two kinds of flame retardants, mono (1-chloride-2- hydroxy propyl) phosphate and antimony mono(1-chloride-2-hydroxy propyl) phosphate were reported. Mono(1-chloride- 2-hydroxy propyl) phospahte was synthesized from epichlorohydrin and phosphoric acid at molar ratio of 1:1.2 in the sol- vent of methyl benzene with AlCl_3 catalyst under the conditions of reaction temperature of 90deg C and reaction time of 2 h, its total yield is 82.5/100.
