摘要

This research has demonstrated the feasibility of using fundamental stressor-to-degradation correlations to forge new functional relationship models that take realtime degradation rates forward to a deterministic expression of the risk of component failure. The derived probability models can be used to significantly enhance the understanding of the reliability and accuracy of failure models used in current nuclear plant PRAs as well as being applied to a wide range of other high value systems.
