Criticality Safety Program Improvement Plan at Los Alamos National Laboratory

This revision of the NCS PIP separates the actions into two logical phases, Phase Ⅰ and Phase Ⅱ. Phase Ⅰ,rnnow complete, focused on addressing the three safety recommendations and restructuring the NCS Program. Phase Ⅱ will focus correcting deficiencies and on achieving compliance with the NCS program policies [7,8]. The major effort will be on the upgrading of the NCSEs and CSLAs. Phase Ⅱ will continue through September 30,2009.
