Statistic Trend Analysis of Incidents and Failures focused on Commissioning Stage of KSNP

This paper performs to statistically analyze 40 eventrnexperienced in order to effectively regulate new nuclearrnpower plants. As a result of analysis of failure characterrnduring commissioning test, the most events occurred atrnlow power rate and load rejection test. The most systemrnfailed is reactor protection system. Especially, this paperrndidn’t describe in detail containment spray event at SK1rnbut for the prevention of reoccurrence and safe operationrnof plants, most lessons-learned is focused on operationrntechnique and safety culture.
