Future Needs for Generation Ⅳ Reactors Education and Training

摘要

Present paper aims to underline the importance of correctly developing a fully functional program for the new Generation Ⅳ (Gen Ⅳ) reactors initiative. Respecting the necessary steps for the correctly development of such program, as well as a strict timetable for each important piece of the program is essential. Such a program should include a very well defined program for competence building, supporting infrastructure for a complete Education and Training (E&T) scheme and also regulatory aspects.
