摘要

This paper developed a distributed monitoring system based on two levels: the first is the state monitoring of sensors; the second is the state monitoring of systems and components. Since sensors provide measurements for the monitoring of system and components, the first level is the basis of the second level. Meanwhile the state monitoring system has been proved to be effective on the test of Qinshan NPP. However the reliable result does not involve in the specific information about the cause and severe degree of the failure. This is the issue of fault diagnosis after state monitoring which requires further studying.
