摘要

The TEX-HEU baseline experiments encompassed six integral experiments using highly enriched uranium plates and a high-density polyethylene moderator and reflector. The TEX-HEU design spans a range of thermal to fast neutrons energies by interspersing HDPE moderator plates of 0 in (unmoderated),(1/8)in, ¼ in, ½ in, or 1½in thickness. These experiments were thoroughly documented during execution and are in the process of being analyzed and compiled as an integral experiment benchmark. This benchmark will be submitted to the International Handbook of Evaluated Criticality Safety Benchmark Experiments.
