This book proved to be more of a challenge than I had anticipated when I began to read the text. Indeed it starts very well! One of the best parts of the book for me was the Prologue, which features a wonderful account of the 2006 Tourism Australia campaign 'So where the bloody hell are you?' The scene is well set, the references to the websites work to allow you to get a greater feel for both the campaign and the arguments surrounding it and the material is presented in a forceful, supportively critical account. It reads well and teaches beautifully! I wish I could be so supportive of the rest of the book.
