石炭火力発電所の排煙系閉塞対策

摘要

Hekinan thermal power plant (Unit 1)installed the additional sets of denitration catalyst as a countermeasure to the differential pressure rise in the air preheater. However, after the addition of denitration catalyst, the rise in differential pressure of the gas-gas heater heat recovery system that is on the downstream side of the air preheater was identified. The purpose of this study is to introduce the cause of the differential pressure rise in the gas-gas heater heat recovery system and the effect of the countermeasures we implemented.%碧南火力発電所1号機は，空気予熱器の差圧が上昇していたため,(そ)の対策として脱硝触媒の積み増しを行った。しかし，その後,空気予熱器の後流側にあるガス•ガスヒータ熱回収器の差圧が上昇することとなった。その差圧上昇の原因調査の結果と対策の効果について紹介する。
