The Human Condition

There is no transcendent power administering a moral order; there is an objectively real world; foundational theory is useless if not harmful; happiness is mainly a this-worldly fulfillment of desires; the free-will debate is unresolvable. Instead we must attempt to attain "mistake-free attitudes," that is, we must bring our beliefs, emotions, and motives into alignment with reality to increase control and better our chances of well-being; we do that routinely.
