A4's grand tour of Europe gets HRA seal of approval

The swashbuckling plan to take an A4-hauled railtour almost 2,000 miles across Europe received a massive boost in February when the Heritage Railway Association accepted 'The Imperial Scot' as an official event forming part of this year's 50th anniversary of preservation celebrations. And there was another massive piece of good news for the organisers when the well-established, ATOL-bonded travel agent Ffestiniog Travel came on board to handle all the bookings.
